Blaine Seagraves
Senior Pastor
Pastor Blaine has been a part of the Colbert family since November of 2013. He served as our Student Pastor and Associate Pastor until March of 2022 when he stepped into our Senior Pastor role. Blaine is homegrown, growing up in Ila. He and his wife Jenna are both Madison County graduates and they have two children, Roman and Georgia Claire. Blaine is a 2013 graduate of Emmanuel College's School of Christian ministry. In his free time he loves spending time with his family, being outdoors, playing disc golf or basketball or watching the Braves. Pastor Blaine has a heart for helping those in need and equipping others to understand God's Word through study and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. He especially loves to see this in the lives of parents and young adults.
Bob Habeck
Worship & Discipleship Pastor
Pastor Bob joined the Colbert staff in July of 2022 as the Worship & Discipleship Pastor. He grew up in Warner Robins, GA and has had the privilege of serving churches in Tennessee and Georgia in various ministry positions since 1994. Prior to that, Bob spent 4 years traveling around the country with Life Action Ministries which is where he would meet his wife, Glynis, and they have been married since 1994 and now have two adult children, Ashley & Brian, who are both serving Christ. Some things that Bob enjoys doing are: spending time with family, watching college football (especially his son), watching his one NFL team (Green Bay Packers), golfing (although not very good), playing music, and of course now that he and Glynis are empty-nesters, they enjoy traveling and spending time in their motorhome “glamping”.
Jacob Dixon
Student Minister
Jacob has been working on staff at Colbert as the Student Minister since October of 2022 and also serves as our Office Manager in the mornings through the week. Jacob grew up in the community, graduating from Madison County High School in 2019. In his free time he enjoys watching UGA football and Hawks basketball, playing golf, and spending time at the lake.
Josh Denton
Associate Pastor
Josh Denton joined the Colbert staff in 2023. He graduated from the University of North Georgia with a degree in Military History. In his free time Josh enjoys watching UGA football and fishing.
Jacob Dixon
Jacob has been a vital member of our church for many years and now serves on staff in two ways. For administratitve help, he can be reached between 8:30AM and 1PM, Monday through Thursday. You may reach him by email anytime at office@colbertbaptistchurch.org
